We are at a picnic the congregation put on. Dad is entertaining them.
There are so many birds on Rota, more than Guam. The snakes on Guam have really depleated the population. They eat eggs, but Guam is fighting back and we are getting more. This is outside the Kingdom Hall.
Here is the congregation on Rota. A very lively and friendly group.

This is Otton Mendiola, he was there when mom and dad were there. He considered mom and dad his spiritual parents. It was so nice to see him and dad reunite. They both had tears in their eyes.

Dec 25-28 we took dad to Rota. For those that do not know, dad and mom pioneered in Rota in the early 80's. They had the privelege in starting the congregation there. They had a real impact there and many still today remember their ministy. Even though it was during the anniversary of mom's death, it was so neat to take dad back there to see the fruits of their labor. It made me proud of them seeing so many happy to see dad. There are some that looked to dad and mom as their spiritual parents.
